The dramatic contraction of the economy has meant that many organisations have had to reduce headcount or change their pay and benefits structure. Then April saw introduction of the new employment regulations and the new ACAS Code. We look at how these and other factors have affected the employment relationship and how smart organisations are equipping themselves to emerge from recession.
