The BackupHR PartTimeService  offers the complete, tailored HR service. Used by clients who want to guarantee a level of service for a specific period, or on an on-going basis, it is allows for consistent budgeting and planning.

The BackupHR PartTimeService   Service buys you an expert HR consultant for a set number of hours every year. You will be billed quarterly, allowing you to spread the expense across the year.

For a fraction of the cost of a full time hire, you can buy in a designated, highly qualified and experienced HR expert to ensure that your company is up to date, legally compliant and in tune with the current market.

We will work to an agreed agenda, and the consultancy time will be used for specific projects to support the existing HR team, management development training or even setting up and running the HR function.

However you decide to use the contract, your Consultant will provide practical support and advice so you have the tools to deal professionally with all sorts of employment and people issues that can and will arise within your organisation

Typical applications for the Part Time HR Service have included:
