BackupHR Professional

BackupHR™ Professional  is a highly popular service aimed at clients who want to complement their own in-house HR function with an expert who can advise and support them in their work.

By outsourcing some aspects of their work, or by having an expert to discuss and formulate strategies with, they find they become much more effective themselves, freeing their time to address the real issues in their company.

BackupHR™ Professional  is ideal for:
  • An existing HR Director who wants to outsource some aspect of their work, such as the maintenance of company handbooks and documentation to ensure they are kept up to date.
  • Trainee or inexperienced HR Managers who need expert advice, support and reassurance, as well as cover to enable them to complete their training requirements

Each aspect of the service will be agreed with the client in advance, together with a detailed service level agreement. Costs will reflect the likely amount of work to be done, and they can be adjusted according to actual usage.

This is a highly flexible service, and is designed not to replace the HR department, but to complement it and to make it far more effective.
