A change of government comes as no surprise. But the scale of their ambition in the employment sphere may well do. With their aim to make life fairer for workers and to ensure being in work pays, some of the changes will be radical, if implemented gradually.
Many of these changes have been widely trailed in their manifesto, we look at each and explain what we believe the impact will be and how soon we can expect to see them.
