Rosalie brings 20 years Human Resource operational and general management experience to BackupHR across both the Private & Third Sector, including manufacturing, retail, and charity. Her strong administrative and customer service background in hands on roles means she has excellent client account management skills, together with knowledge and understanding of the people management challenges for SMEs.

Rosalie is used to working with management teams up to board level on not only HR strategy, employee relations and engagement, but also Health and Safety, Quality and other compliance standards and accreditations.
