She’s worked across the Private and Third Sectors - from manufacturing and retail through to hospitality and charities -so she really understands the pressures and people challenges that SMEs can face.

 

With a strong background in operations, Rosalie knows how to build great working relationships with management to keep business running smoothly. She’s worked closely with leadership teams at board level, shaping HR strategy, supporting employee relations and engagement, and guiding organisations through H&S, Quality, and other compliance standards and accreditations.
