Our training courses are aimed towards HR professionals through to Directors/Manager and Supervisors with people responsibilities, with little or no knowledge of HR or employment law.
With legislation constantly changing, it is hard to stay abreast of development. So why not let us do the hard work and research to keep you up to date.
We train regularly in a variety of ways. These range from our tailored in-house training courses, which can be targeted where they are needed, through to our public courses which are run throughout the year in Cambridge and Norwich.
In-House and Public Courses
All courses are delivered by experienced and highly qualified consultants, with plenty of hands on practical experience in, and employment legislation knowledge of, the impact such topics can have, especially within SMEs.
Each delegate will be will be sent a Certificate of Attendance and an electronic delegate pack, including a copy of the presentation, together with other useful documentation on the day. They will then receive an additional electronic Resource Pack that provides further useful information relevant to the topic.
As our courses include a number of interactive sessions, we will also provide delegates with an Output document that collates all the feedback from the break out groups. This then allows delegates to concentrate on what is being said, rather than having to make hurried notes of all the points covered.
Below are just a few examples of the topics we can cover – there are many others we can run on both HR and H&S – just ask! BackupHR are also able to design bespoke training courses for individual organisations. For many organisations running in-house courses is the most cost-effective way of providing training for a number of Managers/ Supervisors.
