Founded in 2007, BackupHR is a family-run consultancy specialising in employment law and HR. For nearly 20 years, we have provided expert, flexible, and high-quality employment law and HR support to businesses throughout East Anglia, London, and the South East.

Our team offers extensive, practical expertise in employment law, generalist HR management, and health and safety.  Complementing this, our Managing Director brings specialised mastery in pay structures and salary benchmarking.
