Jackie Bolton
Client Services & Events Manager
Jackie has over 30 years experience of working as a PA at Director level; with the last 25 years also incorporating all aspects of HR administration. She has also had hands-on experience of HR in business, having previously worked as a PA to the Directors/HR Administrator; thereby obtaining a practical working understanding of the HR environment, and its potential issues/pitfalls for clients. Having a good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages, she has helped many of our clients and colleagues in its use, as well as helping with the administration of HR systems/documentation for our clients.
Jackie is known to all our clients, as she is the point of call if they are not able to speak with their Consultant. She is also responsible for looking after our client renewals, following up new business leads, and all the management/administration behind both our public and in-house training courses.
