Jackie brings over 35 years of initially senior-level PA experience, with the past 30 devoted to all aspects of HR administration. Highly organised and detail-driven, she combines exceptional administrative, organisational, and IT skills with a calm and professional approach.

 

She supports a wide range of client services functions, including helping to draft and/or update contractual documentation and quality assurance calls, as well as sales, marketing, renewals, accounts, and overseeing the administration and coordination of all of our training events.

 

With real hands-on HR experience from within businesses, Jackie understands the day-to-day realities, challenges, and curveballs that come when employing people.  Her practical knowledge, incredible efficiency, and friendly approach make her an invaluable part of the team
