Grievance & Conflict Resolution Taining Course

The average UK employee has some kind of workplace squabble nearly twice a week, according to a recent survey from LondonOffices.com. One of the hardest tasks Managers are expected to deal with is finding solutions when working relationships break down, tempers flare or people claim bullying and harassment. How successfully Managers deal with conflict early on may prevent formal grievances. Our interactive course is designed to help Directors/Managers/Supervisors/Team Leaders understand the nature of conflict, to learn some key techniques to diffusing tensions and dealing with grievances.

The course objectives will include: –

• Causes of Conflict e.g. Working relationships, bullying & harassment
• Grievance Handling & Mediation
• Practical Conflict Resolution – identifying problems, searching for win-win options & finding solutions that last

We are running this course at the following venues:

Rowley Mile Conference Centre, Newmarket – 10th November 2015
Barnham Broom Golf Hotel, Norwich – 19th November 2015

The course will commence at 8.45 am, with registration and refreshments from 8.00 am. The course will finish around 3.00 pm, with breaks for refreshments and lunch.
